  1. The sea bass bought at the market is filleted and boned as required.

  2. Cut the two pieces of fish into strips without cutting off one side.

  3. Mix salt, wine, ginger and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Put the fish head, fish tail, green onions and fish bones on the plate first (if you don’t have green onions, put ginger slices, use whatever you have at home.)

  5. Place two pieces of fish on top and top with shredded ginger.
