The sea bass bought at the market is filleted and boned as required.

Cut the two pieces of fish into strips without cutting off one side.

Mix salt, wine, ginger and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

Put the fish head, fish tail, green onions and fish bones on the plate first (if you don’t have green onions, put ginger slices, use whatever you have at home.)

Place two pieces of fish on top and top with shredded ginger.

After the water in the pot boils, put it into the pot to steam.

Steam for 8-10 minutes.

Pour on light soy sauce or steamed fish soy sauce, place a strip of chopped peppers along the middle, place millet peppers on both sides and sprinkle with chopped green onion (if someone is sensitive to the smell of fish, you can remove the original soup)

Finally, pour hot oil on it.
