Overview
It is important to moisten the lungs in autumn, and white food especially moistens the lungs and relieves autumn dryness. White radish, pear, and white fungus are all good products for nourishing the lungs. Radish has a light bitter taste, which goes perfectly with pork belly.

Steps
-
Wash the white radish and pork belly with water and set aside. I like to eat white radish with the skin on. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the skin and flesh of any plant are yin and yang, so I like to wash the skin clean with salt.
-
Slice radish and ginger and set aside.
-
Slice pork belly and set aside.
-
Add a little oil to the pot, add the radish slices and stir-fry over high heat.
-
Stir-fry the radish pieces until they are raw, add a little salt, put them into a bowl and set aside.
-
Add a little more oil to the pot, pour in the pork belly, and stir-fry over high heat to release the oil.
-
Then add the previously fried radish slices and stir-fry over high heat. Add a little light soy sauce and a little water to boil. If you like it crispy, cook it less; if you like it softer, cook it more.

Transfer to bowl and sprinkle with green onions.
