Overview

Summer is coming soon, and there are already a lot of watermelons on the market, but I haven’t bought them to eat yet. I think the watermelons in this season are not sweet enough. Since you can’t eat real watermelons, make one yourself. It’s also good for breakfast~

  1. Crack the eggs into the bread pan and add a little water.

  6. The glove membrane can be removed after the procedure. (You can also knead the glove film by replacing butter with corn oil.)

  7. Divide the dough into three parts of red: green: primary color = 50%: 25%: 25%.

  8. Take a small piece of dough and add matcha powder.

  10. Put the red yeast rice powder into another small portion of dough.

  14. Roll the red dough into an olive shape.

  15. Sprinkle raisins on top.

  16. Roll it up from top to bottom, and roll out the original dough in the same way. Wrap the original color dough around the red dough, and roll out the green dough as well.
