Sweet baking – wine-soaked grape toast

This bread is mainly used to use up the little butter and raisins left at home, but the combination of all the offal makes it particularly delicious.

Soak raisins in wine.

Pour the milk into the bread bucket.

Beat the eggs and pour into the bread pan.

Pour salt into one corner of the bread barrel and sprinkle sugar into the opposite corner.

Finally, pour in the flour, press a small nest on the flour and bury the dry yeast in it.

After kneading into a complete dough, add the diced butter and continue kneading until the dough is complete, and the glove film can be pulled out.

Add raisins and knead for another 1 to 2 minutes.
