Fried minced pork with edamame
Overview
It’s not summer without edamame. Summer is the edamame harvest season. Every summer, my mother would make spiced edamame and stir-fried edamame with meat for us to eat. Now every summer I make it for my children just like my mother. Fried pork with edamame is also a good choice to go with wine
