Braised pork rice is a very popular fast food in Taiwan. I heard from Taiwanese classmates that if you have never eaten braised pork rice in Taiwan, you are not considered an authentic Taiwanese. It can be seen that the popularity of braised pork rice is evident in Taiwan.

  10. Then add water. The amount of water should cover the surface of the meat, cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
