  6. Fold the dough in one third and fold it into three layers.

  7. The folded dough is rolled out again, folded again, then covered with plastic wrap and fermented for the second time.

  8. After the dough has risen, brush it with egg wash and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

  10. Cut the dough into strips and place on baking sheet.

  11. Heat up and down, middle layer, 140 degrees (actual 180) for 15 minutes, then 170 (actual 220) for 3 minutes to brown and crisp the skin.
