Steamed Pork Ribs with Cordyceps Flower

This is a dish I learned from my mother. It is delicious. I can eat a big bowl of rice every time.

Soak the Cordyceps flowers in water.

Cordyceps flowers will fade and need to be washed several times.

Chop the garlic into minced garlic.

Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, corn flour, sesame oil and minced garlic to the pork ribs.

Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Remove seeds from peppers and cut into rings. (Those who can tolerate spicy food can skip removing the seeds.)

Place the ribs on a plate and sprinkle with chili rings.

Place cordyceps flowers in the middle.

Sprinkle with green onions.

Steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
