Fried vermicelli
Overview
I ate this stir-fried vermicelli when I was working in Shanghai. I was surprised when I ate it for the first time. It turns out that vermicelli can be eaten like this❓❓In my hometown, the thick ones are called vermicelli, and the thin ones are called vermicelli. It is best to use sweet potato flour for fried noodles, so that the noodles will be chewy and tough.
