Nutritious Bird’s Nest Porridge
Overview
I have always wanted to make simple porridge more nutritious and delicious, so I came up with this nourishing porridge. The ingredients and combinations are all randomly mixed in the kitchen. It has a smooth texture, and I believe children will also like it! You can give it a try, hehe

First choose a raw bird’s nest of suitable size

Soak your hair with mineral water

After simply picking out the hair and passing it through water twice, steam the bird's nest in a steamer for 15-20 minutes

Prepare the ingredients for porridge, red dates, wolfberry, longan, and rinse them with water

Prepare a small handful of millet and the same amount of rice, rinse well and set aside

Pour the ingredients in steps 4 and 5 into the Midea porridge pot (this picture is a photo I took when I was cooking red date porridge. In order to let everyone see this porridge cooking artifact, I will add a clearer picture next time). After about 35 minutes, the porridge is ready.
