Steamed Fish Nuggets with Ham
Overview
We ate more fish during the autumn season. We bought a big black fish and took out a piece of fish meat. Black fish has few bones, and the fish meat is basically bone-free. Pair fresh fish with delicious ham, which is extra fresh and delicious.

Debone the black fish.

Cut the black fish into pieces, add onion, ginger, salt, pepper, and rice wine and marinate for 15 minutes.

Add flour, starch, eggs and water to make a paste, add a little oil and mix evenly, then add the marinated fish pieces and coat the fish pieces with paste.

Heat the oil to 50% heat, fry until it changes color and take it out.

The ceramic pot I use has magnolia slices at the bottom.

Add fish pieces, onion, ginger, pepper, salt, sugar, and rice wine.

Add appropriate amount of water and put ham slices on top.

Steam in boiling water for 40 minutes.
