Smart use of winter baking - grilled fish with soy sauce
Overview
The strong wind for two consecutive days made people's heads buzz. Last night I was in a daze thinking about what to eat today. When I went to the supermarket, I saw fresh grass carp, so I thought that in this cold winter, I could cook meat around the stove at home, or grill fish with a glass of wine! Then there is today’s grilled fish with soy sauce!

Steps
-
Clean and wash the grass carp, and split it starting from the abdomen (do not split it)
-
Make a few diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish to facilitate the flavoring. Dry the fish thoroughly with kitchen paper.
-
.Apply half a teaspoon of salt evenly to the inside and outside of the fish, massage gently for a while, and marinate for 15 minutes. Don't add too much salt, as the soy sauce will taste salty after a while.
-
Now start preparing the oil. Fry the Sichuan peppercorns, aniseed and dried chili peppers until they are burnt red and fragrant. Filter out all the seasonings inside, leaving only the cooking oil with a strong aroma of peppercorns and aniseed.
-
Place the marinated fish on a baking sheet covered with oil. Use a brush to dip the oil in the oil and apply it to the surface of the fish. Apply as much as possible. Then put the fish into the oven and bake at 230 degrees for 15 minutes. (Preheat the oven in advance)
-
While the fish is grilling, prepare the vegetable toppings. Lettuce, cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, etc. are all good ingredients. You don’t need too many, just 1-2 types are enough. Wash, slice and set aside.
-
Heat the remaining cooking oil in a pan, add garlic cloves and fry until golden brown. I cut the garlic into slices.
-
Then add ginger slices, green onion segments, Pixian watercress and tempeh, stir-fry.
-
Pour the vegetable ingredients into the pot and continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes.
-
Stir-fry until the vegetables become soft, add oyster sauce and light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry. Add about 250 grams of warm water, bring to a boil, cover and cook for 3 minutes. No need to add salt here, the saltiness is enough.
-
If you like spicy food before serving, you can add some small chili peppers and white pepper powder for freshness.
-
Pour the cooked ingredients onto the fish immediately, then return the baking sheet to the oven and bake at 165 degrees for 8 minutes. (It also needs to be preheated in advance) Grilled fish with cut cakes, and a pot of wine, the most comfortable food in winter! ~~~~
