Creamy strawberries changed my understanding of strawberries, and I took advantage of the next season to make a strawberry cheese mousse

Strawberries mashed into jam

Soak the gelatine in ice water until soft

Put milk, sugar, lemon juice and gelatine into strawberry jam

Stir the strawberry jam evenly

After the cheese is softened, beat until smooth and mix well with the above ingredients to form strawberry cheese sauce

Divide the prepared chiffon cake into 3 pieces

Whip the whipped cream until 7 minutes

Then mix with 5 and the filling is ready

Place a piece of cake on the bottom of the 8-inch mold, place a circle of halved strawberries along the edge, and pour 1/3 of the filling

Lay out another piece of cake with a small circle cut into it, pour in the filling, and top with strawberry dices

One more layer

Refrigerate for more than 5 hours, then use a hair dryer to blow a circle around the outside of the mold to release it

Place strawberries and sprinkle some chocolate powder to decorate
