Brown Sugar Raisin Soft European Buns
Overview
Recently I like this brown sugar bun that is tough on the outside but soft on the inside. Cut a few slices in the morning and fry an egg for a simple and delicious breakfast!

Dissolve brown sugar with hot water and cool to room temperature

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the dough mixing process

Add butter and continue kneading until fascia appears

Place in the oven to rise until doubled in size

Divide into three pieces and knead into an olive shape, score the surface with a few cuts, and sprinkle with flour

Continue to ferment until doubled in size, put in the oven, 180 degrees for 25 minutes

Let the baked bread cool on the grill
