Put oil in a casserole, slice tofu and place into the low bottom of the casserole.

Peel the eggplant, cut into strips, mix with a little salt, then boil water in a pot and blanch the eggplant.

Slice bacon and set aside.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add eggplant and stir-fry until soft, add bacon and stir-fry until flavourful.

Add the stir-fried eggplant bacon to the casserole, cover and cook for ten minutes.

Add some chicken essence and take out the pot.
