Pick the beans, break them into small pieces with your hands, wash them and drain them

Wash the pork belly, cut into cubes, and blanch

Heat oil in a hot pan, add sugar and stir-fry, add pork belly and stir-fry until dark red, add onion, ginger, star anise, bay leaves and continue to stir-fry until fragrant, pour boiling water over the meat, reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes
