Overview
This biscuit is a snack made from egg yolks. The round biscuit is covered with sugar and has a sour and sweet taste with lemon peel. It is very delicious as a snack for afternoon tea.

Prepare the ingredients, wash the lemons, grind the rind into powder with a peeler, use 1 small spoonful of juice from the pulp, cut the butter into small pieces, and sift the flour;

Take about 15 grams of dough and roll it into a long strip of about 12cm (if the dough is too soft, you can put it in the refrigerator for a while),
