Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cross pieces.

Boil water in a pot, put the tomatoes in and blanch them.

Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, add a spoonful of cooking wine and blanch the fat beef. If the fat beef turns white, take it out and set aside.

Wash the potatoes and onions and put them in water. Remove the stems of the white jade mushrooms, clean them and set aside. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
