  1. Prepare ingredients.

  2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cross pieces.

  3. Boil water in a pot, put the tomatoes in and blanch them.

  4. Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, add a spoonful of cooking wine and blanch the fat beef. If the fat beef turns white, take it out and set aside.
