After the butter has softened, add the sugar and beat with a whisk for about 4 minutes until it becomes very fluffy.

Place honey, condensed milk, vanilla powder, and rum into another bowl and mix well.

Pour the wet ingredients into the butter and continue to beat. Stir evenly, then add the milk and beat.

After beating all the ingredients evenly, you will have the most ordinary buttercream.

Dip a toothpick into a small amount of food coloring, I used rose red.

First add the coloring bit by bit (don't add a lot of coloring at once, the color will be very dark), stir evenly with chopsticks until you get the color you like.

Insert the piping tape, I used a flower-shaped piping tip, pipe it onto the cake in a circular motion, and then add some decorations on top.
