  1. Wash the chicken feet and set aside.

  2. Peel the carrots, wash and cut into cubes.

  3. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken feet and stir-fry evenly.

  4. Add soy sauce and Maggi and stir-fry until fragrant.

  5. Then add onion, ginger, water, sugar and star anise and stir well.

  6. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 40 minutes.

  7. Add carrots and stir-fry evenly.
