Overview

I tried making braised pork without frying the sugar color. After tasting it, my family suggested that I should use the old method in the future. I also think that braised meat tastes best the traditional way, and it needs to be fried with brown sugar. Braised ribs, delicious.

  1. Wash the ribs

  2. Blanch the ribs in a cooking pot and drain the water

  3. Heat oil in a pan, add brown sugar and fry

  5. Add onion and ginger

  6. Add soy sauce and stir-fry

  7. Add appropriate amount of water and stir-fry evenly

  8. Add rock sugar, cover the pot and cook, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer. Stir fry from time to time

  9. Cook until the ribs are 9 minutes cooked, add salt and stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and continue to cook, stirring regularly
