Braised Ribs
Overview
I tried making braised pork without frying the sugar color. After tasting it, my family suggested that I should use the old method in the future. I also think that braised meat tastes best the traditional way, and it needs to be fried with brown sugar. Braised ribs, delicious.

Wash the ribs

Blanch the ribs in a cooking pot and drain the water

Heat oil in a pan, add brown sugar and fry

Stir-fried ribs

Add onion and ginger

Add soy sauce and stir-fry

Add appropriate amount of water and stir-fry evenly

Add rock sugar, cover the pot and cook, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer. Stir fry from time to time

Cook until the ribs are 9 minutes cooked, add salt and stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and continue to cook, stirring regularly

When the ribs are cooked through the soup, turn off the heat and serve.
