Prepare materials

Mix the seasonings and set aside. Chop coriander, onions, garlic, ginger and chili peppers

Heat a pan, add salad oil and sesame oil, sauté 2/3 of the peppercorns, garlic, ginger and chili until fragrant

Mix the sauteing ingredients with the sauce and set aside

Use a pot of boiling water to drain the blood from the chicken, then remove it

Boil an appropriate amount of water, add onions, ginger slices, 1/3 of the peppercorns, salt, sugar, chicken powder and wine
