Yao Zhu Pork Ribs and Melon Soup
Overview
Cantonese people like to drink soup all year round, but many ingredients are hard to find. Therefore, using seasonal ingredients to make soup is the first choice for ordinary families. Firstly, the ingredients are convenient and fresh. Secondly, the seasonal ingredients actually taste better than those that are refrigerated with preservation technology and sold all year round. Zucchini is a vegetable produced in summer, with a sweet taste and a soft texture. With the pork ribs and seafood scallops cooked together in the soup, the three of them enhance the flavors of each other and complement each other. It’s so delicious~~~
