Mix 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of starch, 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce and 6 tablespoons of water to make a sauce;

Cut the broccoli into small florets, shred the onion, and slice the carrot;

Add water to the pot, put eggs in the cold water, bring to a boil, add broccoli and carrots and blanch them for 10 seconds, remove and drain, and set aside;

Blanch the beef slices in a pot until the color turns white, then remove and drain;

Re-heat the pan, add oil and heat, add onion shreds and stir-fry a few times;

Add beef slices and sauce and cook over medium heat until the soup is slightly thick. (3-5 minutes)

Arrange the beef slices, shredded onions, carrots and broccoli on the rice, then pour the soup over and sprinkle with a little sesame seeds.
