Soak fresh pork liver in clean water for 1 hour, change the water several times in the middle, and squeeze out as much blood as possible

Put water in the pot, add cooking wine, blanch the pork liver in cold water, and cook for 2 minutes after the water boils

Prepare ginger, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, flower rolls, bay leaves and other spices
