Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Millet
Overview
Some time ago, I learned about a cooking method for pork ribs from a friend. Since everyone in my family likes to eat pork ribs, I tried to make it. It turned out to be a delicacy that is loved by the elderly and children in the family!

Wash the black millet and glutinous rice and soak them in water for 3 hours

Add tempeh, sweet noodle sauce, sugar, cooking wine, salt, ginger, green onion, and sesame oil to the spareribs, shake well, and marinate for 1 hour

Crush the soaked glutinous rice with a rolling pin until it is the same size as black millet

Add the chopped glutinous rice and black millet into the pork ribs and mix well 7

Blanch the brown leaves with boiling water and place them in a round cage. Put the mixed pork ribs and rice into the round cage

Cover with palm leaves and fasten it with a plate to prevent the palm leaves from lifting up. Steam in a steamer for about 1 hour or in a pressure cooker for about 20 minutes
