Grilled Hairtail Fish
Overview
I like hairtail, braised and pan-fried are my favorites. It was my first time to try grilled hairtail, and it felt really good. It was golden in color, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and very delicious. Hairtail fish is warm in nature and sweet in taste. It is rich in fat, protein, vitamin A, unsaturated fatty acids, phosphorus, calcium, iron, iodine and other nutrients. It has the effects of warming the stomach, replenishing qi, nourishing blood, strengthening the heart and kidneys, relaxing muscles and activating blood circulation, reducing inflammation and reducing phlegm, clearing the brain and stopping diarrhea, eliminating fatigue, improving energy and nourishing the mind.
