Brown Candy Dried European Buns
Overview
I made a low-fat and healthy European bun. It is very soft when baked. It is also mixed with dried red dates and raisins. It has a faint fragrance of brown sugar when you eat it. It is really great~

Weigh out the high-gluten flour.

Put yeast in the middle.
