Make soybean flour first: wash the soybeans, preheat the oven to 170 degrees for five minutes, spread a layer of soybeans and bake for 40 minutes, turning every ten minutes.

After cooling, crush it with a food processor to complete the soybean flour.

Grind 40g soybeans + 1000 grams of water into soy milk.

Take 600g soy milk + 200g milk + 100g whipping cream + 20g condensed milk + 40g corn starch and heat over medium heat until boiling, then heat briefly for two minutes until there is slight resistance to stirring, then add two soaked gelatin sheets.

Stir evenly and pour into the mold, then refrigerate overnight.

Unmould, sprinkle with soybean flour and cut into pieces for serving.
