Shred the ginger, mince the garlic, and cut the carrot into small dices (the carrot is used for color matching, so you don’t need to add it)

Pork belly cut into thin slices

Tear the cauliflower into small florets, clean them and blanch them in water for one minute. Take them out quickly and drain them

Put a little oil in the pot, add pork belly and stir-fry

Stir-fry the pork belly to release the oil, then add shredded ginger and stir-fry

Add two tablespoons of tomato sauce and appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir-fry

Add cauliflower and stir fry together
