Shred cucumber.

Remove the roots of Hongxi mushrooms and wash them thoroughly.

Finely mince garlic.

Soak sweet potato starch until soft.

Place in boiling water and cook thoroughly.

Drain into cold water.

Fry the shrimp until cooked, set aside.
