Salted Peanuts

Salted Peanuts

Overview

A very popular way to eat without complicated cooking methods. No oil is needed, and it is salty and fragrant. It is a great dish to go with wine or porridge. I always keep some peanuts at home, so I can make a plate of them and eat them when it’s cloudy, rainy or snowy and I’m short of food. But stir-frying is a technical job, and the fire must not be too high. During the stir-frying process, you must constantly use a shovel to pull it, and do not stir-fry until it becomes black. The salt water must be properly mixed so that the peanuts can be completely covered without excessive water accumulation. After spreading the salt water, be sure to keep the fire dry to prevent them from becoming crispy.
