Ingredients
Steps
-
Beat two eggs. If you need more, you can beat a few more
-
Add flour and a little baking powder and knead it into a dough that is not sticky
-
Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 10 minutes
-
While proofing, we put some walnut pieces, raisins, and black sesame seeds on the bottom of the container
-
Roll out the risen dough into a thin piece
-
Then cut it into strips (I cut it a bit thickly here, please remember to cut it thinner) and wrap it in wheat starch to prevent sticking
-
Heat oil in a pot and put the noodles in. If there are too many noodles, you can fry them in several batches
-
Add white sugar, water, and oil, and boil over low heat until it becomes a syrup, which is like the one on the outside of the candied haws. (You can dip a chopstick into it and put it into cold water. If the syrup becomes hard, it’s OK.) Then add the remaining walnut kernels, raisins, and black sesame seeds. I didn’t post the picture here
-
Then put the fried noodles into the syrup and mix evenly, then quickly pour it into the container and flatten it with a spoon or your hands (if you flatten it by hand, remember to use gloves)
-
Pour out from the container and cut into pieces
