Stir-fried shredded pork with sauerkraut
Overview
What kind of sauerkraut is abundant in the Northeast in winter? To be honest, if I hadn’t been married to the Northeast, I wouldn’t have known what sauerkraut was more than 20 years ago. Haha, then I married to the Northeast and learned about sauerkraut, but I didn’t think it was delicious. I was particularly repelled by it when I first came here. Slowly, I watched them eat delicious food. I tried to eat it, but they still didn’t like it. They ate sauerkraut-stewed pork ribs, sauerkraut dumplings, steamed buns, etc. Then they started to eat a little bit more. Once they ate steamed sauerkraut dumplings and thought they were quite delicious. Mainly because my husband liked them, and later he also liked them and got used to them
