What kind of sauerkraut is abundant in the Northeast in winter? To be honest, if I hadn’t been married to the Northeast, I wouldn’t have known what sauerkraut was more than 20 years ago. Haha, then I married to the Northeast and learned about sauerkraut, but I didn’t think it was delicious. I was particularly repelled by it when I first came here. Slowly, I watched them eat delicious food. I tried to eat it, but they still didn’t like it. They ate sauerkraut-stewed pork ribs, sauerkraut dumplings, steamed buns, etc. Then they started to eat a little bit more.
