Overview
Braised pork ribs is a very homely dish that most people who know how to cook can do. There is nothing special about the braised pork ribs I made, it is just cooked. The reason why I post it here is mainly to record my cooking skills. I hope that when I cook this dish again in a few years, I can see some improvement. Put the ribs into the pot under cold water and try to boil out the blood in the ribs.

Put the rock sugar into the pot and simmer over low heat until the rock sugar melts and turns into light brown

Put the ribs into the pot and stir-fry with sugar, add soy sauce for coloring, add onions, ginger, garlic, and peppercorns, add half a bowl of rice wine, add boiling water, and cover the ribs

Cover the pot, open the pot, and simmer for 40-50 minutes. When less than half of the soup is left, increase the heat and drain.
