  6. Put the ribs into the pot and stir-fry with sugar, add soy sauce for coloring, add onions, ginger, garlic, and peppercorns, add half a bowl of rice wine, add boiling water, and cover the ribs

  7. Cover the pot, open the pot, and simmer for 40-50 minutes. When less than half of the soup is left, increase the heat and drain.
