Flour and warm water to form a slightly soft dough.

I prepared 3 carrots, but only used 2. 2 cabbage leaves, 1 green onion, half a piece of ginger, and a little pork stuffing.

Put a small strand of vermicelli in the pot and bring to a boil.

Chop into small pieces, not very fine.

Shred the carrots, mince the onion and ginger, and chop the cabbage into small cubes. Mix with the meat filling and chop.

Mix 4. and 5. Add about 4 grams of salt, 1 gram of thirteen spices, a little pepper, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, a little soy sauce and sesame oil.

Stir the filling in one direction evenly and set aside.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. You can also determine the dough size according to the diameter of your pot.

Take a medium portion and roll it into a thin crust.

Spread a thin layer of filling, leaving a slight edge.

Roll into a long strip and seal both ends.

Press gently to flatten.

Brush the griddle with oil and when hot, add the carrot rolls.

Cook over medium heat for 1 or 2 minutes, then add half a bowl of water and close the lid.

After about fifteen minutes, the water will dry up and the bottom surface will be browned, then it is ready to be taken out of the pot.

Finished product: soft on the top and crispy on the bottom.
