Overview
This is the first time I have made bread by myself. Personally I think it's quite easy to do. I just had laryngitis, so I just took a bite secretly. The skin was very fragrant and soft. When I was making it, Lepus arrived and I only had these ingredients at home, so I had to make do with it. You shouldn't choose cabbage, it has too much water. However, overall it’s okay. It’s just that the shape of the pancake is difficult to make. The juice will flow out as long as you apply a little force

Add an appropriate amount of flour, add a small spoonful of yeast, add a small amount of warm water while kneading, knead it into a dough, put it in the pot to ferment, and cover it tightly. You can also use plastic wrap to stick the mouth of the pot.

After about an hour, the dough is fermented and becomes soft when pressed with your hands

Chop the cabbage, mince the meat, put them together, add all the ingredients and seasonings, stir them together, set them aside and wait for them to marinate

Knead the dough and cut it into equal-sized dough pieces

First take one and flatten it with your hands (it’s best if you have a dough pressing rod at home)

Pour off the excess water in the meat filling basin and put it on the dough with a spoon. Check the size of the dough

Put an appropriate amount of oil in a non-stick pan and fry until both sides are brown
