  1. Cut off the beans with your hands and wash them

  2. Wash bean sprouts

  3. Cut the pork belly into 5mm thick slices, add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and starch, marinate for 5 minutes and fry until browned

  4. Slice ginger and garlic for later use

  5. Stir-fried

  6. Add beans and stir-fry until cooked, then add pork belly and seasonings

  7. When the beans are ripe, add the bean sprouts, stir-fry, add warm water and simmer for ten minutes, the water should cover the vegetables

  8. Heat the thin noodles in a steamer over high heat for ten minutes. Tear them into pieces as much as possible and spread them flat on the vegetables. Steam over low heat for 8-10 minutes.

  9. Start mixing, mix noodles and vegetables evenly, cover the pot, simmer on minimum heat for 3 minutes and you are ready to eat!
