Honey red bean bread
Overview
I saw an activity to make bread with ingredients. Speaking of bread with ingredients, I prefer red bean bread, so I specially made some honey red beans with brown sugar and used it to make bread. The amount of sugar you make when making your own brown sugar is not too large, which makes it healthier and more delicious. Just don't store it for a long time. If you can't finish it in a short time, you can put it in the refrigerator and freeze it so that you can take it out and defrost it before use.

Steps
-
First soak the red beans in water at least 10 hours in advance. I usually soak them the night before and use them the next morning
-
Soak the beans completely. If you pinch them lightly with your fingernails and they will burst, it means they are soaked
-
Add brown sugar and bring to a boil over low heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Do not open the lid and simmer for about 20 minutes. You can then simmer for another 5 minutes. Continue to simmer with the lid until the beans are cool
-
The stewed honey red beans are soft and complete because they are mainly simmered. If the beans are not soaked enough, they may not be rotten enough after two times, so you can repeat the stewing process again.
-
Put all the ingredients required for the dough into the bread machine, use the 2 dough mixing procedures, and knead the dough to the expansion stage
-
The glove film can be pulled out
-
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.
-
Deflate the fermented dough and let it rest for 10 minutes
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into a long shape
-
Spread honey red
-
Roll up and arrange into an olive shape, with the seam facing down.
-
Once done, place everything on a baking sheet
-
Moisturize and ferment until doubled in size, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
-
When you cut into the toasted bread, you can see a lot of honey red beans. It feels very good when you eat the red beans
