Mushroom and Lean Pork Buns

Mushroom and Lean Pork Buns

Overview

Baozi is a staple food that everyone is familiar with. It goes well with a bowl of porridge or a bowl of soy milk for breakfast. It can also be used to satisfy hunger when you don’t want to eat at dinner. This is my first time making steamed buns, and I didn’t expect them to be quite delicious.

  1. Chop the pork and mushrooms together. The pork should not be completely lean, it is best to have some fat. After mincing, add seasonings (salt, soy sauce, raw oil, starch, etc.) according to your own taste, and stir evenly.
