Overview
Snakehead fish (also called money fish) is rich in nutritional value and is especially suitable for patients after surgery. It is said to be able to reduce inflammation and help the recovery of wounds. In our place, we cook snakehead fish soup for patients after surgery. The fish soup is delicious, but the meat of black fish is thick, and after cooking, my family does not like to eat it. I cook the fish heads and tails, fish bones, and fry the fish fillets. Live snakeheaded fish (it’s best not to eat dead snakeheaded fish)
