Longan, peach gum and candied dates soup
Overview
I bought some peach gum online years ago and never thought of eating it. The quality of eating and sleeping was not high in hot weather, so I made more watery soups. I soaked the peach gum one night in advance and added some longan for sleeping. I simmered it slowly for half an hour. The stewed sweet soup was refrigerated for a few hours. It tasted very refreshing.

Prepare the ingredients.

Peach gum should be soaked in advance, which takes about 10 hours. If the weather is hot, put it in the refrigerator to soak.

Clean the soaked peach gum and remove the impurities inside, wash and set aside.

Peel the longan.
