Grilled hairtail
Overview
Hairtail is nutritious and delicious. The key is that it is easy to make and easy to eat. I grilled it with barbecue sauce today. It is really simple and delicious. I would like to share it with you.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the hairtail and cut it into length-appropriate lengths.
-
Make a few cuts on the hairtail segments to allow for flavor.
-
Chop the onion, ginger and garlic, add to the hairtail segments, and add appropriate amount of cooking wine, oyster sauce, salt and barbecue sauce.
-
Wear disposable gloves, grab all the seasonings and marinate them. (The longer the time, the more delicious it will be. The minimum is half an hour)
-
Place the marinated hairtail segments into the baking pan.
-
Brush the hairtail segments with a layer of oil and a little barbecue sauce.
-
Place in the preheated oven and heat to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
-
You can turn it over halfway, but I was lazy and didn't turn it over, and the effect was not affected.
-
Take it out of the oven and plate it up and it’s ready to eat.

Very delicious~
