Prepare and wash the mustard greens.

Preserved eggs and ginger slices.

First, break the preserved eggs into pieces, put oil in a hot pan and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant. Add the preserved eggs and fry for a while. Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat.

The soup will turn white after about three minutes of cooking.
