Pumpkin and Red Bean Toast
Overview
I bought a new corrugated toast box and couldn’t wait to try it, so I steamed pumpkin and boiled red beans and made pumpkin and red bean toast. I used the one-time fermentation method. The baked toast was easy to release from the mold and it really wasn’t sticky at all! Very useful baby.

Put all the ingredients (except red bean paste and sesame seeds) into the bread bucket and start the dough mixing process

Add red bean paste halfway

Make pumpkin and red bean dough into a dough

Take out the dough, deflate it, divide it into 3 parts and roll them into round balls

First take a portion and roll it into a tongue shape

Then roll it up and roll it into a tongue shape, repeat this process 3 times

Make all 3 pieces of dough and put them in a toast box to rise (it takes 2 hours)

Brush the surface of the risen dough with egg wash

Sprinkle white sesame seeds and bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 35 minutes

Take out and let cool
