Drunken Hairy Crab
Overview
A friend gave me a box of crabs, and I tried various ways to eat them. Now I am making drunken crabs. The drunken crabs can be stored for about two days, so I drink them when they are freshest, so that I can enjoy them two days later.

Prepare all ingredients.

Dip the hairy crabs into fine salt water and brush them clean several times.

Put a few slices of ginger in the steamer.

Place the washed hairy crabs in the steamer and put a piece of ginger on the surface. Steam over high heat for about ten minutes until the crabs are cooked.

Prepare another portion of ginger, pepper and green onion.

Add water to the pot, add the prepared ingredients, and cook until the soup is boiling and the ingredients are fragrant.

Then add light soy sauce and fine salt to taste.

Strain the marinade, remove the ginger and other ingredients, and then add the steamed crabs to the marinade.

After it cools down, add the white wine, then seal it and refrigerate it to taste overnight.

When eating, you can add balsamic vinegar or the like according to your personal preference.
