Large steamed stuffed buns with chives

Suddenly I had the urge to upload a recipe. I happened to have some pork when I got home, and I had leeks at home, so I tried making big buns, and ended up making big buns with exposed fillings -_-||

Chop the pork, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt, and mince
