Fish cooked with olives
Overview
I really don’t know how to make a cooked fish look taller? Rotten meat, bulging dead fish eyes...because it tastes really good, friends, please just watch it! In fact, this kind of fish can be regarded as the mermaid in the fish family. Fire fish, a kind of sea fish. The fish has shining scales, a big red fish that is red from head to tail, and even its eyes are so red that it can rival a rabbit in beauty. During the cooking process, I had turned it over very carefully, but I accidentally pulled off the tail of the fish... I had to work from beginning to end, so I finally saved the pulled tail until the end and put it back on again. You know, it was my fault to pull off someone's tail, but if I still don't put it back on, wouldn't it be a mistake that adds to the mistake~~ I wonder if cooking fish with olives is my unique secret? This was a small mistake made half a year ago due to greed, and then the wrong number was entered due to greed. The story goes like this: A few years ago, I met a pretty foreign girl on a plane, and she was actually sitting next to me, so I couldn't help but look at her a few more times (who said looking at beautiful women is only for men? Women also like to look at beautiful women, but they just appreciate it, just like appreciating a beautiful painting). She smiled at me politely, and the two women started talking. During the chat, she suddenly asked me: Where can I buy olives in China? I really don’t know what kind of olives she is talking about? Because I know that there is a kind of sweet olive that can be eaten as a snack... Many years later, after I came to Canada, I accidentally discovered this kind of olive when I was visiting the supermarket. They were soaked in a transparent glass bottle with full color and looked very attractive. I thought that since this beauty came all the way to China, she must still be thinking about the delicious food, so I bought a bottle without hesitation. When I got home, I couldn't wait to open the cap of the glass bottle and took a sip... I didn't say anything for most of the day! It's sour and salty, not just ordinary sour and salty. It felt like a pity to throw it away, so I threw it in the refrigerator. After a while, when I was cooking fish one day, I always felt that the flavor was not enough. Suddenly, I had an idea and thought of the bottle of sour olives that had been relegated to the cold side for many days. I might as well put some of it in and give it a try! So I cut it open and threw it into a pot to cook. Later, I don’t need to say the result! Later, this fish stewed with olives became my family’s signature dish, and whenever I cooked fish (no matter what kind of fish) someone would yell at me not to forget to put the olives in. Whenever I saw olives in the supermarket, someone would ask if I still have them at home. The fish cooked with olives is particularly delicious, especially the fish soup, which has a touch of sourness and an unpredictable aftertaste...
