Stir-fried puffer fish with cabbage
Overview
My dad’s friend gave me some puffer fish jerky, which I processed cleanly and soaked in water for a while. This time, I tried to stir-fry with cabbage cores, and added a little dried red pepper to remove the fishy smell and enhance the flavor. The taste was not bad. Next time, I will try it in a different way.

Soak the dried puffer fish and tear it into long strips by hand.

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add puffer fish strips, stir-fry and set aside.

Remove from the pan, add dry red pepper after the oil is hot.

Add shredded cabbage cut into inches.

After frying until soft, add some shredded carrots.

Add the fried puffer fish strips and add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce and vinegar to taste.

Add a little chives and sesame oil and stir-fry evenly.
