Wash the leeks, dry or wipe them dry, and chop them into small pieces. Add salt, sesame oil, chicken essence, and light soy sauce to the lean pork stuffing, stir vigorously, and stir evenly with the leeks. Wonton wrappers with fillings (large fillings).

Wash cabbage and cucumber. Cut the cabbage into sections and cut the cucumber into thin strips.

Blanch the cabbage in a pot of boiling water.

Put chicken essence and salt into the bowl and then put the blanched cabbage into the bowl.

Pour the wontons into the pot of boiling water for about three minutes. Use a slotted spoon to scoop out the wontons and put them into a bowl. Then use a spoon to ladle the wonton soup into the bowl. Sprinkle cucumber shreds on top and serve.
